We want you to love your fit, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 21 days of purchase. Please note that a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Refund Method

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to use on your next Good American haul.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized Happy Returns bar or carrier location, and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
